IMPORTANTThe typical person won't need to read every single word but, it's nice to have my boundaries out there.These are here to cover my a$$ and ensure I have an informed and consensual say in the commission process as an artist! (/srs)

• TLDR

PayPal, Venmo, CashApp Only.
I don't have a need for in-game currency. I highly prefer PayPal for invoices but, I have other options as well.100% of payment up front.
Once payment is received then you'll receive a slot in the queue. I'll start on your commission asap!I have the right to deny or refuse service any time!
Some commissions may be too complex for me to draw or I may be uncomfortable drawing them. I can deny or refuse service to someone who is being rude or makes me uncomfortable at any time in the process.Updates will be given to you when they are completed for your review and not before.
Please do not repeatedly ask me about when I'm going to finish. You can ask, just not multiple times a day. I'll send update photos.No Refunds.
If I have already completed the commission, then there will be no refund.
In the case of someone already paying and making me uncomfortable. I take 25% - 75% of payment in relation to what I've already completed of the commission.You aren't allowed to resell my art.
Do not use my art for adopts, advertisements, or with the intention of resell or mass distributing. Do not use my artwork AT ALL with NFTs OR AI generated art programs.*Exceptions are for Twitch assets of any kind. You may use your commissioned artwork done by me commercially on Twitch or other streaming websites. Selling the character as a whole for same value as the purchased art or less (like on ToyHouse).Do not remove my signature.
Do not edit to hide or completely remove my signature. Obviously, you don't have to show it in profile pictures or credit me all places but, keeping my signature on it helps me advertise!
*"Do not use" signature not included in this for your commission. I send an optional file so that if you wish to post on social media, no one is able to steal your art.I'm allowed to post the commission on my socials.
I post pieces of art / SpeedPaints on Furaffinity, DeviantArt, YouTube, Discord Servers, etc. To show off what I've done! Sometimes I use commissions as reference on this website!NSFW is ONLY for those 18+ years old.
If you are suspected to be underage I will request ID with everything but birth date blocked out. Refusal = I will immediately refund the money and ban you from my commissions.Commissions take 1 day - 1 month to finish.
This depends on how long the queue is and the complexity of commission!I require one clear and easily understandable reference.

✨ THE PROCESS ✨

How I do my commissions!
This will be a little different for "Pay What You Want" comms.Not at all required to read, but if you're unsure here's how it goes:

1. Contact me at @Rivachi on Discord!2. Communicate what you want in a commission.3. We agree on a price and I send an invoice or request.4. Once paid, you have a slot on the queue!5. Depending on queue, I'll start on your commission ASAP.6. I'll send you a pose sketch of the commission. After, a final sketch. You confirm that it's what you want or tell me what you want changed.Note: !! After the sketches are confirmed and I start on lineart, I will not change major parts of the commission !!7. I start lineart after you confirm the sketch. I'll show you once I'm done.8. I start on colors, I'll send you a picture and you'll let me know if there's any changes in colors or minor details.9. Once agreed, I'll put my signature on the final product and send it to you however you prefer (e-mail, over Discord, etc).
